CCC Staff,

It's very hard to thank you properly without being gushy and gooey but I'll try. Tiger and Hercules had a great time with all of you last week. We know because we know our dogs and their moods & attitudes. We also know because we have HAD to leave them at other facilities before and they have never been as playful & happy as they were when we picked them up Sunday at CCC (and it was so very nice to have them clean & ready to go home). We are so impressed with your facility and especially with all of you and the way you work with the dogs, cats, etc. But the thing that really thrills us is that you are here, in Little Rock, and available for us when we need our 'babies' taken care of in our absence. It is absolutely horrible to have to leave them when you have an uneasy feeling just knowing that they won't be cared for like we would do it. The opposite is true at CCC. In fact, we didn't think they could be any more spoiled than they were but now they act like we should have almost constant play time with them and they get a little disgusted with us when we aren't playing. We're pretty sure that this is your fault. Needless to say we are increasing our play time with them.

I also want to thank you for getting their food changed to ProPlan. My husband has been insisting on giving them that other canned dog food and they would not eat it (they were also getting dry Beneful and some treats from me that he didn't know about). We got ProPlan and they really love it, just like you said.

We also loved the pictures you gave us of Tiger & Herc. They were immediately posted on our home bulletin board and we laugh every time we look at them, especially Her in the "weeeeeeee" picture. He looks like he is having a real blast!

I'm afraid I was gushy & gooey, sorry, but it's the only way to say it. We both work in the TCBY Tower (now Metropolitan) downtown and rest assured that we will be passing your magnets around to others here. We know your business is going to be a huge success. We will definitely be regular clients.

From Happy Pet Parents,

Sharon & Harvey Piazza
